Points can be earned in a variety of ways both in person and online:

• Shopping: Earn 1 point for every £1 spent. Ask us about it in store!
  Reviews: Earn 100 points for a product review, or 150 points if you include a photo.
  Socials & News: Earn 100 points for subscribing to our newsletter and 100 points for following us on Instagram.
  Referrals: Give £5 off to a friend; you’ll receive 20 points once they create their account.
  Birthday: receive an extra 10% discount for your birthday, redeemable for 7 days after

Points can be redeemed in the form of various vouchers:

• Welcome £30: This is redeemable as a one time thank you for joining our loyalty scheme. You can earn the necessary 300 points by signing up, subscribing to our newsletter, and following us on Instagram!
• £25 voucher: This can be redeemed against 250 points.
• £50 voucher: This can be redeemed against 500 points.
• Legacy voucher: Worth £36, this can be redeemed against 360 points. You can earn the necessary 360 points by a product review (+100 points for up to 3 reviews a week), referring a friend (+20 points for up to 3 friends). This is valid on orders over £55.

These vouchers can be redeemed on sale and non-sale items!

Points are earned by completing a variety of actions on the Franchetti Bond website or purchasing Franchetti Bond items in store. These points are redeemable against vouchers that can be spent at Franchetti Bond

• Rewards can be spent in store or online
• Points expire after 365 days, so spend them while you can!

1. Membership & Eligibility

To participate, you must have a registered account on franchettibond.co.uk linked to a valid email address. Membership is limited to one account per person. We reserve the right to terminate memberships involving fraudulent activity or "referral bumping" (referring yourself).

2. Points & Expiry

Point Calculation: Points are awarded on the subtotal of your order (including shipping and taxes). For international customers, points are calculated based on the GBP equivalent of your order total at the time of checkout. Points are earned on full-price items only unless otherwise stated.

Expiry: Points expire 365 days after acquisition, where customers will be notified 30 days before point expiry.

3. Returns & Refunds

If you return a product for a refund, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance. If you used a reward voucher on a purchase that is later returned, the voucher value is non-refundable and cannot be reinstated as cash.

4. Referral Programme

Referrals are valid for new customers only. You may only refer a unique individual once. Attempting to refer existing customers or using multiple emails for the same person is a violation of these terms.

5. Reviews

Points earned on reviews are limited to three reviews per week. Franchetti Bond reserves the right to remove points and reviews if not tied to a genuine purchase or deemed to be fraudulent.

6. Limitations & Legalities

Non-Transferable: Points and vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.

Changes to Programme: We reserve the right to modify point thresholds, reward values, or tier benefits at any time. However, earned points will be honoured under the new structure.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

7. Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your account if we detect misconduct, unauthorised use, or any breach of these terms.
