My position is unique in that I work closely with our sales team and serve our customers in the shop. This gives me an insight into what our customers expect from us as a business and I work hard to try and meet those expectations in terms of the products we develop and select. It's a refined art rather than a science, but I've always loved the challenge it presents! "
